Refunds & Returns
mimivail takes great pride in its dresses, using only the finest materials from around the world and the highest quality manufacturing facilities in the United States. Our hope is that you will love your mimivail dress and it will help memorialize this special time in your child’s life for generations to come.  If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your dress, we make it easy for you to get exactly what you want.

mimivail will happily issue you an exchange or refund on dresses returned in their original condition (unworn, unwashed and undamaged). With a receipt, full-priced items returned within forty-five (45) days of the original purchase date, and sales merchandise returned within thirty (30) days of the original purchase date, will be fully refunded (less shipping costs and surcharges). Thereafter, an exchange or mimivail credit will be issued for the current selling price. Items returned without a receipt may be either exchanged, or a mimivail credit issued, based on the current selling price. All refunds on returns will be applied to the original form of payment used.

All domestic orders will ship within 24 hours.  mimivail does not typically ship internationally, but if you are interested in placing an international order please email info@mimivail.com and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
